Going dark again is not as simple as it may seem, but we got you! Re-pigmenting hair can take up to 3 fillers in one session as well as follow up sessions depending on hair porosity. We strive to have hair looking effortless, natual and shining.

ALFAPARF CELLULA MADRE FOR SHINE, MOISTURE AND REPAIR $60

A treatment made out of the stem cells of the argan tree which are characterize by the ability to self-renew. This is the only treatment on the market that still conditions after it has been applied and rinsed. Available in moisture, nourishment or glow depending on results expected.

SCALP DETOX $50

ABOUT OUR SERVICES

All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, technique difficulty or additional services rendered. Please consult your technician with further questions.

All extension services require a complimentary consultation prior to booking.

All color corrections services require a complimentary consultation prior to booking.

All services require a valid credit card for appointments.

ABOUT CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW, REFUNDS, LATE SHOWS & STORE CREDITS

Cancelations

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service requested.

While this fee cannot be refunded, those wishing to reschedule a future service may use this fee as a deposit for their next visit.

No shows

No show to the appointment will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service requested. This fee is not refundable and can’t be use as a store credit for future services.

Those that wish to book an appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service fee prior their appointment.

Refunds

We kindly ask our guests to visit, email or call us to schedule an appointment with the owner or the hairstylist that performed the initial service to correct the job.

If we can’t correct our guest’s hair, we will refund 100% money back.

We don’t make refunds after the 7 days of their appointment

Late show to the appointment

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at West Vibe. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all the following appointments.

Store credits

Store credits do not expire

Store credits can be used for future service, retail, or gift card

Store credits can be used as a deposit for their next service

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Venmo, Zelle, credit cards, debit cards, and cash for payment of services rendered.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are greatly appreciated by cash ,Venmo or Zelle.

CLIENT SATISFACTION POLICY

Each guest has 7 days to visit us, call us or email us for any service adjustments, if we can’t correct your hair, we refund 100% money back.

In case guest can’t visit the salon during the 7 days due to travel or other reason we can make the exception of waiting 10 additional days after the additional 7 days.

If the guest changes their mind about the color or cut, they chose initially, they will be required to pay the adjustment fee or pay the difference of the service they are requesting.

If is a hairstylist error, guests don’t pay additional charges for color or cut adjustments

We kindly ask our guests to send us a detailed email of requested service along with the inspiration picture that was shown to the hairstylist.

Feedback is very important for us, if we don’t meet your expectations allow us to make a new impression.
